M3M Jacob & Co Noida - Legit or Hype?

Sharing this video review of M3M's new Jacob & Co Residences in Noida. Looks pretty swanky, but is it worth the price tag? Sector 97 mein hai, so location is good. Anyone has any insights on M3M as a builder? What's your take on the ROI for this project?
