ATS Kocoon Sector 109 - Legit Investment?

Hey everyone, I saw this old video on ATS Kocoon in Sector 109 Gurgaon. It's from way back in 2014! Anyone have any experience with this project now? Is it a good place to live or a good investment? What's your take on ATS Paradiso in general? Looking for some insights!
