DLF Capital Greens: Worth it at 4Cr?

Hey guys, check out this video on a 3BHK in DLF Capital Greens, Moti Nagar. They're asking around 4Cr! Seems pretty steep to me. Has anyone here actually invested in DLF projects in Delhi? Is it worth the price tag, ya phir zyada hi hype hai? Would love to hear your thoughts!
