Hey guys, I'm confused between Aims Green Avenue and Dridha Prime in Noida. Aims Green Avenue toh ready-to-move hai, but Dridha Prime is under construction. What do you think about construction quality of Dridha Prime? Builder ka track record kya hai? Aims Green Avenue is expensive, is it worth it? Price per sqft wise, which one is better value for money? Also, location wise, which one has better connectivity to metro? Has anyone experienced living in Aims Green Avenue? Mujhe advice chahiye on investment potential. Which one has better ROI? Kya aap logon ko pata hai resale value ke bare mein? I'm looking for long-term investment. Any suggestions?
