Just moved into 16th Parkview Gaur Yamuna City last month. The brochure looked great, but I'm wondering about the actual carpet area efficiency for a 3BHK. Is it really practical for daily living, or does it feel smaller than expected? Also, what are the current maintenance charges like monthly? Any insights on the actual livability here?

Bhai, I totally get what you mean. I checked out 16th Parkview a few months back. The 3BHKs felt a bit cramped for a family, especially the bedrooms. Brochure mein toh sab bada lagta hai, but actual space utilization was a concern for me. Is it just me or do others feel the same?
Totally agree with U1. My friend bought a 2BHK there, and the living room is barely enough for a decent sofa set. The brochure photos
