Visited 16th Parkview Gaur Yamuna City last Sunday, fed up of renting yaar. EMI vs rent math ab theek lag raha hai. Ready-to-move hai, which is good. But daily life wahan kaisi hai? Neighbourhood mein schools, markets kitne paas hain? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly ya isolated? Owners ka experience chahiye.

Daily life mein schools aur markets ki proximity bahut important hai. Gaur Yamuna City mein abhi kitni developed hain ye facilities? Ya abhi bhi sab kuch Greater Noida ya even further se karna padta hai? Mera budget thoda tight hai, toh extra travel expense bhi count hoga.
Ready-to-move toh theek hai, but Gaur ka track record kaisa hai in terms of quality aur post-possession issues? Inka RERA number UPRERAPRJ6801 hai aur possession date 2019-06-01 dikha raha hai, toh puraane owners se feedback chahiye, koi major structural issues ya maintenance ke problems toh nahi aaye hain? Total 3104 units hain, toh crowd management ya common area maintenance mein koi dikkat?
Security wise it's good, 24x7 guards hain. Power backup bhi hai, but for specific appliances, not full home.
Haan, builder ka reputation matter karta hai. But since 2019 se possession mil gaya hai, toh current residents ka experience hi best hoga. Koi bata sakta hai security aur power backup ka kya scene hai wahan?
U4, quality ka toh pata nahi, but delays mein Gaur ka naam suna hai. Mera ek dost Gaur City 2 mein phasa tha, 2 saal late possession mila tha, aur fit and finish bhi average hi tha. Although 16th Parkview ready-to-move hai, builders ka past record dekhna important hota hai, especially for such a big project with 3104 units. Maintenance charges bhi dekh lena.
Maine bhi suna hai 16th Parkview ke baare mein, reviews generally positive hi hain. Society amenities achhi hain, aur space kaafi hai.
Bhai, 16th Parkview ki location thodi out hai na? Connectivity kaisi hai actual mein, especially for daily commute to Noida/Greater Noida office areas? Aur jo price range ₹59 L – ₹1.7 Cr dikha rahe hain, woh justify karta hai kya itni door ke liye?
Location theek hai yaar, future growth potential bahut hai. Aur ready-to-move ka apna advantage hai, no construction delays ka tension.
U2, connectivity ke liye Yamuna Expressway achha hai, but haan, Noida main areas se thoda time lagta hai. Agar Alpha II ya us side office hai toh theek hai, warna travel time will be significant. Price point par, ready-to-move projects usually premium pe hi milte hain ab. Current market conditions mein toh yahi rate chal raha hai.
