I'm considering Godrej Tropical Isle and Sikka The Crown Of Noida. Godrej is under construction, Sikka is upcoming. What's the construction quality like for Godrej? Has anyone experienced delays? Also, Sikka's pricing seems good. Which has better investment potential in Noida, long term? What do you think about the location of both?
