Subhlaxmi Developers Noida - Worth it?

Hey guys, I'm looking to invest in Noida and I've been considering Subhlaxmi Developers, specifically Subh Laxmi Apartments. Kya aap logon ko pata hai inka reputation Noida mein kaisa hai? I'm mainly concerned about the quality of construction and if they deliver projects on time. Has anyone experienced delays with them? Mujhe advice chahiye about their pricing too. Is it worth the price per sqft? Also, what's the resale value like? Which one is better in terms of ROI? Is it a good investment option or should I consider other builders? What do you think?
