I'm looking at properties in Noida and have shortlisted Morpheus Greens and Unitech Unihomes 3. Location-wise, how's the connectivity of both to the metro and essential services? Which one offers better value for money considering the current prices? What do you think about the construction quality and builder reputation of both? Has anyone experienced any issues with either builder? Unitech Unihomes 3 is ready to move. Does Morpheus Greens resale have good appreciation? I'm confused about which project to invest in.
