Subhlaxmi Developers: Noida mein kaisa builder hai?

Hi all, I'm looking at property investment in Noida. Has anyone invested in Subhlaxmi Developers' Subh Laxmi Apartments? What's your take on their construction quality? Kya kisi ne recently flat liya hai? I'm mainly concerned about timely delivery, especially with so many delayed projects around. Also, what about post-possession maintenance? I've heard mixed reviews about after-sales support in Noida. Is it worth investing here for long-term ROI? Mujhe advice chahiye on whether to consider them or explore other options.
