Experion Saatori Noida: Worth the hype?

Hey, saw this video about Experion Saatori in Sector 151, Noida. Looks pretty good, ngl. Anyone have any firsthand experience or know someone who does? I'm curious about the actual build quality and if the location is really as good as they say. What's your take on Experion as a builder? Looking for honest opinions!
