Hey everyone, found this video about upcoming luxury projects on Noida and Yamuna Expressway. What's your take on investing there right now? The video mentions Arihant Group, has anyone had experience with them? Looking for feedback before I seriously consider anything. Seems interesting, but I'm also a little skeptical. Thoughts?
