Godrej Woods Noida - Good investment hai kya?

Hey guys, kisi ne yeh Godrej Woods ka video dekha? Looks pretty good with all the greenery. I'm thinking of investing in Noida, and this project is on my radar. Sector 43 mein hai. What's your take on the location and the builder? ROI kaisa rahega? Any thoughts?
