Lotus Boulevard vs Ridge Residency: Which one to choose?

Hey guys, I'm confused between The 3C Lotus Boulevard and Today Ridge Residency in Noida. Lotus Boulevard toh ready-to-move hai, but Ridge Residency ka kya scene hai? Anyone has experience with either? Price-wise, Ridge Residency seems more affordable. But what about the construction quality in both? Which one has better amenities? Mujhe investment ke liye chahiye, so rental potential kiska zyada hoga? Also, what about connectivity? Which one is closer to the metro? Kya aap logon ko pata hai, which project offers better value for money in the long run? Mujhe advice chahiye! What do you think?
