₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 109, Dwarka Expressway — is this actually a good deal for future appreciation? I'm looking at properties around there and Sector 74A, my budget is around ₹1.5-2 Cr. Builders like Signature Global ya Godrej ke projects dekh raha hoon. Everyone's saying Dwarka Expressway is the next big thing, but kab tak complete hoga? Global City ka bhi hype hai, but that's still years away, right? My parents keep saying Gurgaon mein infra projects kaafi delay hote hain.
