₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 65 — is the jump worth it?
₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 65 — I'm seriously thinking if it's worth it. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 82, it's getting small for us. Been looking at 3BHKs on Golf Course Extension Road, like M3M or Emaar projects. Prices toh literally sky-rocketing hain. ₹2.5 Cr+ for a decent 3BHK. My budget is around that, but the jump from my current 1.2 Cr feels huge. Already have a home loan, so EMI ka bhi tension hai. Not sure if this premium for extra space and a better locality is justified. Is the appreciation potential for a 3BHK really that much more than a 2BHK in Gurgaon? Like, for a 3BHK in Sector 65 vs a 2BHK in Sector 82. Ya fir should I look at something smaller like a compact villa near Dwarka Expressway? What about rental yields for 3BHKs? Are they good enough to offset the higher EMI? Has anyone else faced this dilemma?

Sometimes these premium areas already have high valuations, leaving less room for growth compared to emerging ones. What about the projects near Dwarka Expressway? Thoda cheaper mil jayega maybe?
