₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 65 feels like a lot, honestly not sure if it's the right move. I'm checking Emaar and Godrej projects there. What's their construction quality really like after a few years? Any plaster cracks or seepage issues that people faced after possession? Parents keep warning me about quality issues.
