Okay, I'll say what no one says about builders like Salarpuria Sattva. I'm looking at their Sattva Lake Ridge project in Kondapur, and honestly, the amenities shown in renders look fab. But from my experience, the actual delivered amenities are always a compromise. You see those fancy clubhouses, infinity pools? My concern is, kitna real hai woh? Aur phir, the post-possession maintenance charges... they quote some number, but once the builder hands over, it just skyrockets. Is it only me, or does anyone else feel like the premium we pay for these 'amenities' is a total marketing gimmick, and then you're stuck paying for subpar upkeep? Change my mind.
