₹1.8 crore for a 3BHK in Shivajinagar, that's what Prestige quoted. Kids bade ho gaye, ab itna bada ghar nahi chahiye. Small, manageable flat dekh raha hoon. But builders ka yeh super area wala game, it's a total scam yaar. They quote a price for 1800 sqft, but carpet area barely 1200 nikalti hai. Everyone glorifies new projects, but nobody talks about this hidden inflation. Aur yeh 'spot discount' bhi ek marketing gimmick lagta hai. Kabhi real discount milta hai kya? Change my mind.
