Hey guys, I'm looking at Max Estate 128 II and NDA Jagriti Apartment in Noida. Both are upcoming projects, so can't really compare possession timelines yet. What do you think about the location of Max Estate 128 II in Sector 128? Is it well-connected? Kya kisi ko pata hai NDA Jagriti Apartment kahan par hai exactly? Location-wise, which one seems better for connectivity to the metro? Also, any thoughts on the potential ROI of these projects? Which one offers better value for money in your opinion, considering future appreciation? Mujhe advice chahiye. Has anyone invested in a Max project before? What was your experience? Thanks!
