Sobha Sector 36 Noida - Thoughts?

Hey everyone, what do you think about the new Sobha project in Sector 36, Noida? I saw the video about it, and the location looks pretty good. Has anyone here invested in a Sobha property before? Looking for feedback on their construction quality and if it's worth the price. Thanks!
