ACE Starlit Noida - Worth the hype?

Guys, anyone seen that video of ACE Starlit in Sec 152, Noida? The 3BHK flats look pretty amazing, but is it really worth the price? Kya aap logon ko is project ke baare mein pata hai? Looking for honest opinions before I seriously consider it. Any insights on the area too?
