Leela Sky Villas Delhi - Worth the Hype?

Hey everyone, I just watched a video on The Leela Sky Villas by Raheja in Delhi. Those apartments look amazing, but are they *really* worth the price tag? Has anyone here actually visited or, better yet, bought one? What's your take on the location and the builder's reputation? Looking for honest opinions!
