Gulshan Avante: Worth the Hype in Noida?

Hey, has anyone checked out the Gulshan Avante project in Greater Noida West? I just watched a video review and it seems pretty fancy, but I'm wondering if it's actually worth the price tag. What's your take on Gulshan Group's projects in general? Any thoughts or experiences to share?
