Noida Projects: Grand View vs. The Home?

I'm comparing Antriksh Grand View and Kingson The Home. What do you think about the location of each project? Grand View costs much more. Is it worth the extra investment for the amenities? Which one offers better ROI potential? Has anyone experienced the construction quality in either project? Mujhe advice chahiye!
