Earth Towne vs Godrej Riverine: Which Noida project?

I'm looking at Earth Towne and Godrej Riverine in Noida. Godrej is pricier, obviously! Is the location that much better to justify the cost? What do you think about the amenities offered by both? Has anyone experienced the construction quality of Earth Towne? Is it worth investing more in Godrej for potentially better ROI? Mujhe advice chahiye. Which one would you recommend considering resale value?
