Hi all, I'm thinking of buying in Noida. What do you think about Sikka Kirat Greens vs JMD Vinayaka County? Sikka is completed, but JMD is ready to move. Is Sikka worth the higher price? Kya kisi ne Sikka mein invest kiya hai? Also, location-wise, which is better connected to the metro? Mujhe advice chahiye! Which has better resale value? Has anyone experienced issues with either builder? Thanks!
