Hey guys, I'm confused between Godrej Riverine and Sikka Kirat Greens in Noida. Riverine is upcoming, and Kirat Greens is ready to move. What do you think about location and connectivity of both? Riverine ka price is quite high. Is it worth the investment considering it's still under construction? Kya Sikka Kirat Greens mein resale value achi hai? Also, which one has better amenities? Mujhey pata karna hai about builder reputation too. Godrej ka naam toh suna hai. Has anyone experienced living in Sikka Kirat Greens? Which one would you recommend for long term investment?
