Guys, I'm confused between Sikka Kirat Greens and JKG Palm Court in Noida. Location wise, which one has better connectivity? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the construction quality of both? JKG is ready to move, but Sikka is completed. Which one offers better ROI if I'm looking to rent it out later? Mujhe advice chahiye! What do you think about the amenities offered?
