Hey guys, I'm confused between JMD Vinayaka County and Kingson The Home in Noida. Kingson is already ready to move, which is a plus. But what about construction quality? Has anyone experienced any issues with Kingson? JMD Vinayaka County ka location is also pretty good, I heard. Which one has better connectivity? Also, what about the ROI? I'm looking for investment potential mostly. Kingson The Home is cheaper, but is JMD worth the extra cost? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the maintenance charges for both?
