Patel Neotown vs Sharnam Homes: Noida mein kaunsa better?

Hi guys, I'm confused between Patel Neotown and Sharnam Homes in Noida. Neotown is under construction, while Sharnam is ready to move. What do you think about the construction quality of Patel? Has anyone experienced delays? Sharnam Homes toh sasta hai, but is it worth investing in? Location wise, which one has better connectivity? Mujhe advice chahiye, which one would you recommend for investment? Kya ROI milega?
