Guys, I'm confused between Supertech 27 Heights and Sharnam Homes in Noida. Sharnam Homes is ready to move, right? But Supertech 27 Heights ka location better hai kya? Mujhe connectivity important hai. Also, what about the construction quality of Supertech? Has anyone experienced delays with Supertech projects before? Sharnam Homes is cheaper, but is it worth investing in? Kya aap logon ko pata hai which one has better ROI? Confused! Which one would you recommend for investment in Noida? Mujhe advice chahiye.
