Ekdant FNG vs Investors Aashiyana Glory: Which is better?

Hey guys, I'm looking at properties in Noida and confused between Ekdant FNG (ready) and Investors Aashiyana Glory. Glory is pricier, but what's the ROI like? Has anyone experienced price appreciation in either project? Which location is better in terms of connectivity to the metro? Also, what are the maintenance charges like in both? What do you think about construction quality? Mujhe advice chahiye!
