ACE Parkway Noida: Worth the hype?

I saw this video about ACE Parkway in Noida, says it's got great connectivity and amenities. Anyone actually living there or know someone who does? I'm looking for a 3BHK in that area and wanted to get some real opinions before I visit. Is it as good as it looks?
