Experion 151 Noida: Good investment, ya nahi?

Guys, I saw this video about Experion 151 in Noida. Looks like a decent project on the Noida Expressway. Video mein payment plans bhi dikha rahe hain. What's your take on investing in pre-launched properties? Is the location premium enough for the price? Any insights?
