Ansal Rainbow vs Newtech La Palacia: Which is better value?

Hey everyone, I'm looking at properties in Noida and torn between Ansal Rainbow and Newtech La Palacia. Ansal Rainbow is ready to move and cheaper, but La Palacia seems more upscale. What do you think about the construction quality of Ansal Rainbow? Has anyone experienced issues? Also, La Palacia is significantly more expensive. Is it worth the extra cost considering the amenities? Which one would be better for investment in the long run? Kya aap logon ko pata hai which has better resale value? Mujhe advice chahiye on which to choose based on ROI and rental potential. Any suggestions?
