Guys, I'm confused between Newtech La Palacia and M3M Jacob and Co in Noida. La Palacia is ready to move, which is a plus. M3M Jacob and Co looks super fancy, but it's expensive! What do you think about the location of both? Is one better connected than the other? Kya kisi ko pata hai about the construction quality of Newtech? M3M is known for luxury, but is it worth the price difference? I'm looking for investment, so which one has better ROI potential, considering La Palacia is already completed? Mujhe advice chahiye!
