M3M Jacob & Newtech La Palacia: Which is better in Noida?

I'm confused between M3M Jacob and Co and Newtech La Palacia in Noida. M3M is super luxury, but is it worth the high price? Newtech La Palacia is ready-to-move, which is a plus. Kya kisi ko pata hai about the construction quality of both? I'm looking for investment and rental income. Which one has better potential ROI? M3M is obviously more luxurious with amenities, but what's the maintenance like? Newtech La Palacia's price is lower, but is the location as good?
