₹85 lakh for a 2BHK in Sector 91 – is this actually the going rate now? I'm a first-time buyer, looking at MRG Group's under-construction project there. Honestly, not sure kitna extra budget rakhna padega for stamp duty, registration, and interiors. Parents bol rahe hain ki hidden costs bahut hote hain. Also, under-construction projects mein delivery risk kaafi lagta hai. MRG Group ka track record kaisa hai? Time pe possession milta hai ya delays hote hain? Kya lagta hai, is it worth taking the risk for a new launch?
