Yahan ka actual rent kitna milta hai for a similar unit? Society mein investor ratio kaafi high hai kya? Kahin ghost society toh nahi ban jayegi future mein? Resale market kaisi hai Rajkot mein Ansal Aastha ke liye? Capital appreciation ka kya scene hai, especially since it's already completed? Builder ka track record theek hai, but secondary market mein buyers milte hain easily? Koi experienced investor hai yahan jo bata sake ki 3-5 saal mein kitna appreciation expect kar sakte hain? Honestly, Ansal ka track record Rajkot mein kuch khaas nahi raha hai. Especially after their projects near Airport Road, jahan delivery mein itni delays thi. Ansal Aastha completed hai, that's a plus, but secondary market mein inke units utne easily nahi bikte. ₹29.80 L for a 2BHK in that area, thoda high side pe hai. Capital appreciation tabhi milega jab demand badhegi, aur Rajkot mein abhi bhi bohot inventory hai. Investor ratio high hone se rental rates bhi down rehte hain. Maine do saal pehle Krishna Kunj mein ek unit dekha tha, similar price range mein, but location advantage uska better tha.

Ansal Aastha ka possession 2022-06-01 ko hua tha, toh abhi tak bahut time nahi hua hai. 3-5 saal mein, agar connectivity aur infrastructure improve hua toh 10-15% appreciation expect kar sakte ho, but usse zyada mushkil hai. Resale mein buyers milna thoda tough ho sakta hai agar society mein occupancy kam rahi. Krishna Kunj mein demand abhi bhi better hai.
Ghost society ka darr toh hai. Weekdays mein toh bahut khaali lagta hai. Investor ratio definitely high hai.
Rental ke liye, main bhi inquire kar raha tha. Around ₹8,000-₹9,500 mil raha hai similar 2BHK units ke liye. But maintenance charges bhi hain, toh net yield zyada nahi hai.
