2 months in DLF Central 67: Green claims, real bills

DLF Central 67 mein possession liye 2 mahine ho gaye. Builders bohot baat karte hain 'green buildings' aur 'sustainable living' ki, but honestly, I'm not sure if it's just marketing. My electricity bill for AC is quite high, even with all those 'energy-efficient' claims. Kya kisi aur ko bhi aisa lagta hai Sohna mein yeh sab bas dikhawe ki baatein hain? Is it actually making a difference for anyone, ya bas extra charges ke liye hai? Would love to hear other owners' experiences.
