posted on 10 May2 months in Panchsheel Hynish – my honest take
Was supposed to decide by last month but finally moved into Panchsheel Hynish in Noida Extension a couple of months back. Honestly, the flat itself is decent, but some things are just not what they showed in brochures. Yaar, the club house looks great on paper but hardly anyone uses it properly. Pool bhi theek hai, but gym ka equipment thoda old lag raha. Plus, maintenance charges kitne aate hain monthly? Feels a bit high for what we get. Soch raha hoon, was it really a good decision for daily living, ya bas on paper acha tha?

That's concerning. I was also looking at Panchsheel Hynish. Can you share roughly what your monthly maintenance charges are? And did you face any issues with the builder during possession, considering it
Totally relate yaar! Builders ka toh yahi scene hai, brochure mein kuch aur dikhate hain aur reality kuch aur. Maintenance charges are a real pain, especially when you feel shortchanged. Sahi mein, kya fayda itne fancy amenities ka agar woh use hi na ho paaye?
