₹2.8 Cr for our 4BHK in Sector 57, after 2 months on the market — honestly, I thought it'd move faster. Kids have moved out, so we don't need such a big place anymore. We're looking for a compact 2BHK or small 3BHK, maybe around Golf Course Extension Road or Sectors 82-84. Proximity to good hospitals is key. Builder ka track record bohot important hai. Any recent experiences with DLF or Godrej for their smaller, ready-to-move flats? Is the resale market actually slow right now, ya I'm just expecting too much? Any good societies for older couples, low maintenance?

Totally understand your situation. We were also trying to sell our 3BHK in Sector 83, the market is quite slow for bigger units. 2.8 Cr for Sec 57 4BHK sounds reasonable depending on the society, but buyers for that segment are fewer now.
Haan bhai, same experience here. Bahut time lag raha hai to sell anything bigger in this market.
