2 years se Dubai se property dekh raha hoon. Paramount Floraville, completed project, ₹1.5 Cr for 3BHK. Investor POV se, iska rental yield kitna hai? Resale market liquid hai kya, 5-7 saal mein easy exit milega? Capital appreciation kaisa hai, long-term ke liye sahi investment hai? Can't visit, need ground reality.

Yaar, 1.5 Cr for Floraville feels a bit high for a 2015 project. Uss time pe rates kam the. My friend bought in Alpha II Greater Noida around the same time and got a much better deal. Resale is tricky for older projects, especially if maintenance isn't top-notch. Rental yield will depend heavily on the exact location within the sector.
