20 years in this market, but buying my own flat feels totally different. I'm looking at Ansal Valley View Estate for my personal use. As someone jo builders ke saath kaam karta hai, I know what they show vs. what they deliver. But when it's your own money, you get extra paranoid, right? I'm worried about the post-possession snag-list. Kya actual mein construction quality sahi hai wahan? Like, after 6 months or a year, do you start seeing cracks, seepage, ya fittings loose ho jaate hain? I've heard stories about hidden defects jo possession ke baad hi dikhte hain. Any residents there, please share your real experience. What should I look for *before* final handover? It's tough to trust the site supervisor's word sometimes.

Totally relate! Jab apna paisa lagta hai na, toh har cheez mein doubt aata hai. Even if you know the industry inside out. Good luck with Ansal Valley View Estate, it looks promising from outside.
Haan, sahi kaha. But Ansal ka track record recent years mein thoda mixed raha hai. Mere cousin ne ek project mein invest kiya tha, possession mein kaafi delay hua aur finishing bhi average thi. Valley View Estate completed toh hai, but still, be careful.
