Gulshan Avante - Good investment in Noida Ext?

Hey guys, I was checking out Gulshan Avante in Greater Noida West, and found this video showing a 4BHK. Looks pretty spacious. Kya lagta hai, is this a good option for investment? Thoda expensive hai, but worth it? Any thoughts?
