Dasnac Westminster Noida - Worth the hype?

Hey guys, kisi ne Dasnac Westminster ka yeh video dekha? Sector 146 mein hai. Looks pretty fancy, but are the 4 BHKs actually worth the price tag? My budget is stretched already. Any thoughts? Is it really that 'ultra-luxury' as they claim? Need some honest opinions before I consider visiting the site.
