Shubhkamna Lords vs JMD Siddhi Vinayak - which is better?

Guys, I'm confused between Shubhkamna Lords and JMD Siddhi Vinayak. Both are ready to move in Noida. Location wise, which one has better connectivity? JMD ka price is slightly higher. Is it worth the extra cost? What do you think about construction quality in both? Has anyone experienced any issues with either builder? Which one would you recommend for investment purposes in Noida? Mujhe advice chahiye. Kya aap logon ko pata hai?
