Hey guys, I'm confused between Panchsheel Pratistha and Selectra Developers Shubham Apartment in Noida. Panchsheel is ready to move, which is a plus. But Shubham Apartment ka price range is quite different. What do you think about the location of both? Which one has better connectivity to the metro? Also, amenities wise, which project offers better value? Kya kisi ko Panchsheel Pratistha mein maintenance charges ka idea hai? I'm also thinking about future ROI. Which one do you think has better investment potential in Noida? Any suggestions would be helpful! Mujhe advice chahiye. Thanks!
