I'm considering Selectra Developers Shubham Apartment and JMD Siddhi Vinayak in Noida. Location-wise, which one has better connectivity? What do you think about the construction quality of Selectra Developers? Siddhi Vinayak is ready to move, a big plus, but is it worth the higher price per sqft compared to Shubham Apartment?
